DEPOSIT ＋
A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your total service balance.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING ＋
Please notify me at least 24–48 hours before your appointment. No-shows and late cancellations may result in your deposit being forfeited.
LATE ARRIVAL ＋
There is a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, a $25 late fee will be added.
ADDRESS & HOURS ＋
Your appointment address will be provided after your deposit has been verified. Chicago appointments are available Tuesday–Saturday.
